Mango Smoothie Bowl

This was the easiest smoothie bowl I have ever made, and I am all about easy. I don’t know about you but Mangos to me are kind of tart and sweet and this smoothie covers it all. Hope you all are ready for this simple awesome recipe.

Ingredients 1 serving

1 Ripe Mango

1/2 Cooked apple or 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce or 1 frozen banana

1/2 cup Dairy free milk

1/4 cup ice

Directions

Step 1: use a mango peeler, corer, slicer tool to get all the yummy meat. If you do not have one just get as close to the pit as you can.*

Step 2: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

Step 3: Pour your smoothie into a bowl.

Step 4: TOPPINGS! any toppings you want would go great with this. Hemp seeds, strawberries and coconut were my choice.

*Save the pit with the meat around it in the freezer. You can use it in sauces or soups. My favorite thing to do with it is to eat it like a popsicle on a warm summer day.
