Vanilla and Blueberry together weird right? I said the same thing. Why not try it thought. The first time I tried the blueberry vanilla combination was in oatmeal and honestly it was really good. I decided to try it as chia pudding and pudding does not have to be eaten just as a dessert. I enjoy chia pudding for Breakfast too. Enjoy this awesome pudding
Ingredients 1 serving
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1 cup Dairy free milk
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon Honey, maple syrup or agave
Step 1: In a blender mix Milk, blueberries, vanilla and sweetener. Blend until smooth
Step 2: Pour vanilla blueberry milk into a jar and add Chia Seeds.
Step 3: Quick set: wait 15-20 mins just enough for the chia to thicken or
Overnight: place a lid on the jar and set in the fridge overnight
Step 4: Toppings. Top with anything you would like this one is topped with my Quick 5 Minute Granola.
