I made this Caramel so that I could use it for my Snickers bars. But as I made it I wanted to eat it on ice-cream, oatmeal, put it in my coffee. Oh it smelt and tasted so Good!
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup dairy free milk
4 tablespoons vegan butter
1 tablespoon pure vanilla
1 teaspoon Molasses
Step 1: Mix the sugar, milk , butter and molasses in a saucepan over medium-low heat. until it gets frothy
Step 2: Add the vanilla and cook another minute.
Step 3: turn off heat.
Step 4: pour the sauce into a jar. Refrigerate until cold.
