I grew up a Southern girl and since I was not always a vegan I got use to curtain foods. One that we always had was a veggie tray with Hidden Valley ranch packet in Sour Cream. Then when I got older they had those awesome dips that you used Mayo for and omg they were just so good. I miss those foods….until….. I ran across this amazing combination. You can use this for anything.
1/2 cup Vegan Mayo
1/4 cup Vegan sour Cream
1 Teaspoon Dill Weed (dry)
2 Tablespoon fresh or dried parsley
1/4 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Water
Step 1: Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until there are no more clumps from the mayo or sour cream.
Step 2: Place in the fridge for 2 hours to set and the flavors can fuse.
Step 3: Eat with veggies, use as dressing or anything you love Ranch with.
