Fall is my favorite season and I don’t know if it is the spring weather that is making me want fall foods or what. Today I attempted this smoothie bowl and it was really good! I have to cook my apples, well any fruit that I eat other than grapes, because of oral allergy syndrome. Raw apples would probably make this taste amazing as well.
1 apple baked or raw
1/2 cup dairy free milk or dairy free vanilla yogurt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
Dash of all spice
Step 1: toss apples with spices and leave some aside for topping (about 1/4 apple)
Step 2: add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 3: pour in bowl and top with apples and quick 5 minute granola.
