My life has been kinda crazy I have had some electrolyte imbalances along with my husband having having surgery. So cooking and backing has been off the table. I have attempted this smoothie twice and it is so good.
1 cup dairy free milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 and 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon agave, maple syrup or honey
A dash of cayanne (optional)
Optional add its,
1/4 cup berries
1 cup spinach
Step 1: add all ingredients in a blender and blend until it is smooth and thick about 2 minutes.
Step 2: (optional) if you have a soup blender warm the smoothie while blending for a warm hearty smoothie
Step 3: pour in bowl and add topping or put in a cup.
