Memorial day, graduations, cookouts are just around the cornor and most of them are bring a covered dish. Why not bring a dish that you love and can eat. With this dish I make a lot of my ingredients because of the low sodium diet I have to watch. By all means use processes stuff or make your own.
1 can (16 oz.) Refried Beans (canned or handmade)
1 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning Mix ( Old El Paso ir handmade)
2 cups Guacamole or Pea Guacamole
1/2 cup Tofutti Sour Cream
1/2 cup vegan Mayo
1 cup Chunky Salsa (Pace or Homemade, I like Pico de Gallo for this)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup Diaya Shredded Cheese
4 green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
Step 1: mix beans and taco mix together untill combined evenly.
Step 2: spread all of the bean mix to the bottom of a dish. Spread evenly.
Step 3: spread guacamole evenly over the beans.
Step 4: mix mayo and sour cream togeather in a seperate bowl and add ontop of guacamole, spread evenly.
Step 5: Layer in order of remaining ingredients.
Step 6: chill for 2 hours and then serve with chips.
