I seriously don’t know why I cook oats. I mean all they do is over glow in my microwave, no matter how big a bowl I put them in. I have made overnight oats before but not ones like these. They were so good and creamy I may not ever cook oats again unless I want a warm breakfast.
Ingredients: 1 serving
1/2 cup guick oats
1/2 cup dairy free milk
1/4 cup dairy free yogurt (I used vanilla)
1 Tablespoon agave, maple syrup or honey
Step 1: add all ingredients in a jar and mix well.
Step 2: cover and place in the fridge over night
Step 3: add toppings to the jar or pour in a bowl and top.
